Duties of the Executive Committee
The Executive Committee of the IATSE shall meet at least two
times annually, to coincide with the meetings of the General
Executive Board of the IATSE. Special meetings may be called
by the Chairperson of the IATSE or the majority of the IATSE-PAC
Executive Committee. Special meetings may be conducted by telephone
conference call.
The Chairperson of the IATSE-PAC shall preside over all meetings
of the IATSE Executive Committee. A quorum shall be three members
of the Executive Committee, but must include the Chairperson.
All votes of the Executive Committee shall be determined by
a majority of those voting.
The IATSE-PAC Executive Committee shall determine which candidates,
candidate committees, party committees and separately segregated
funds shall receive contributions from the IATSE-PAC, and in
what amounts.
The Treasurer of the IATSE-PAC shall determine the dollar
value of in-kind contributions received by the IATSE.
The IATSE-PAC Committee shall be responsible for formulating
a comprehensive plan for soliciting contributions to the IATSE.
The Executive Committee may perform any and all other duties
consistent with these By-laws and federal law.
