The
By-laws of the Political Action Committee of the International Alliance
of Theatrical Stage Employes
Purpose
The purpose of the IATSE-PAC is to support candidates for
federal office who support the interests of all members of the
International Alliance of Theatrical Stage Employes (hereinafter
the "IATSE"), and to promote a federal legislative and administrative
agenda that will benefit the members of the IATSE. The IATSE-PAC
may, toward those ends, endorse and provide financial and other
support for candidates for federal office, and engage in federal
legislative and administrative contact and lobbying.
The IATSE-PAC shall qualify as a "Separate Segregated Fund"
and as a "Multi-candidate Committee" within the meaning of the
Federal Election Campaign Act.
